Our cancellation policy for in-person events/courses without overnight stay:
If you buy tickets from us for our in person events or courses, without overnight stay, which are scheduled for a specific calendar date, there is no option for a free cancellation according to our terms and conditions. Therefore, the price must be paid in full, even if you do not wish to attend the event.

Nor can visitors return tickets purchased online using the statutory right of cancellation – if the event is related to a leisure activity, see Section 312g (2) No. 9 BGB.
No refund of the course fee is possible after the start of the course.

Just Love Festival Discount Coupon & Benefit Terms and Conditions
General
These terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to the use and redemption of discount coupons and benefits (“Vouchers”) for the Just Love Festival (“Festival”). The Festival is run and managed by Bhakti Events GmbH (“us” or “we”).
Eligibility
Vouchers are available to all festival attendees who are at least 18 years old.
Redemption & Validity
Vouchers are only valid for the Festival during the year they were issued. Vouchers cannot be used after the expiry date and cannot be used for prior purchases.
Limitations of use
Each Voucher is single-use and can be redeemed once only. Multiple Vouchers cannot be used together or combined with any other discounts or promotions unless explicitly stated. Vouchers are not valid for purchases of alcoholic beverages, except specific description.
Non-transferable
Vouchers are non-transferable, not for resale, and not redeemable for cash or credit.
Lost Vouchers
Lost, stolen, or damaged Vouchers will not be replaced. We accept no responsibility in these circumstances.
Misuse
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any Vouchers, or refuse a discount or benefit if we suspect misuse, resale, or handling in breach of these T&Cs.
Changes and Cancellation
We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or limit any promotion, Voucher, or these T&Cs at any time without prior notice.
No Liability
To the fullest extent permissible by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any special, exemplary, punitive, indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, which arises out of the use of these Vouchers.
Personal Information
Any personal information you provide when registering for a Voucher will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using and/or accepting the Voucher, you confirm your acceptance of these T&Cs. These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the country where the Festival is hosted.
