I agree that pictures (photographs) and audio/visual recordings (including videos) of myself, my spoken word and any musical, dance or artistic performances may be taken during the “Holi pilgrimage 2025” by Bhakti Bharat, 383 Sheetal Chhaya Raman Reti, Vrindavan 281121 Uttar Pradesh, India and Bhakti Event GmbH Am Geisberg 4, 65321 Heidenrod Springen, Tel: 06124-609-1125, and that these pictures (photographs) and audio/visual recordings (including videos) may be published, broadcasted live and otherwise used by Bhakti Bharat and Bhakti Event GmbH worldwide for tv, print, online, social media and all other media without restriction. In particular, I voluntarily consent to their redesign, publication, distribution and making publicly perceptible (also in extracts) by Bhakti Bharat and Bhakti Event GmbH in all media and formats and for all purposes, including advertisement. My consent is voluntary. I know that I can refuse to grant consent or can withdrawal either of them at any time with future effect insofar as the consent relates to personal data. In particular, I consent to the redesign, publication, distribution and making public perceptible (also in extracts) of this audio/visual recordings. My consent is voluntary. In particular, I consent to the redesign, publication, distribution and making public perceptible (also in extracts) of this audio/visual recordings. My consent is voluntary.
