BECOME A RITUALS TEACHER

Criteria for Rituals TT registration link

Jai Gurudev! This registration form is only for those who are sincerely interested in becoming teachers of the Rituals Arm of Bhakti Marga.

The prerequisites to register for the Teacher Training:

• Has participated in Simple Pūjā, Abhiṣekaṁ and Yajña workshops as well as Chanting/ Sanskrit workshop

• Willingness and capacity to promote and teach courses

• Has been practicing Pūjās regularly/daily for a minimum of 12 months

• Is required to know all Simple Pūjā Mantras by heart

• Is required to know at least 85% percent of the Abhiṣekaṁ Pūjā Mantras by heart

• Is required to be proficient in chanting all Yajña Mantras as well as procedure

• Has interest and willingness to deepen his/her knowledge about Hindu worship

traditions, deities and chants

• Has a decent pronunciation of the Sanskrit Mantras

• Is able to chant the following Sanskrit chants well: Śrī, Bhū-, Nīla, Puruṣa, Nārāyaṇa Sūktam, Viṣṇusahasranāma, Nārāyaṇa Upaniṣad

• Has decent knowledge of the temple prayers

• At least 2 years with Bhakti Marga and being an initiated devotee of Paramahamsa Vishwananda

• Willingness to learn and improve oneself

• Eagerness to serve Guruji´s mission

• Good teaching abilities

Teacher Training Week

At the teacher training course one will be trained on various topics necessary to be able to teach all Pujas and Sanskrit chants we practice in Bhakti Marga. Some are as follows:

  • Public Speaking
  • Bhakti Marga Customs, Traditions
  • Simple Pūjā
  • Abhiṣekaṁ
  • Yajña
  • Kalaśa Pūjā
  • Various Deities, Events, temples and related pujas
  • Sanskrit/ Vedic Chants – You are required to master the chants presented in the ongoing course. Join now!
  • Background knowledge and skills and much more
  • Please note that the above requirements need to be met by latest the start of the training
  • The price for the full Rituals teacher training is 800€ (course fee only)

Procedure:

  • Application process (until 31 March 2024) – please fill out the following form for the application
  • Participants Confirmation by 1 May 2024
  • Guided step-by-step weekly/ bi-weekly/monthly preparation of all relevant contents (May – November) 
  • Teacher Training 2 – 8 December 
  • Ending with test/ final approval of Teachers by Head Teacher Trainer – Guruji
  • Adjustment/ fine-tuning/ starting support period until the end of December (ca 1 month)
  • Start teaching and activities

Please note!

You must participate in the 1-week teacher training personally at Sri Peetha Nilaya. There will not be a Zoom option provided for this training.

(Note: After the registration process and according to the need there may be the possibility for us to offer in person trainings in other continents.)

Therefore, please make sure that if you get accepted you plan ahead to be able to attend this training in person.

Please remember that applying to become a teacher is not about learning more about the subject but about being an active teacher, teaching, spreading and supporting the devotees in this field of teachings of Gurudev and Bhaktimarga.
