BECOME A KNOWLEDGE TEACHER

Jai Gurudev! This registration form is only for those who are interested in becoming teachers of the Knowledge Arm of Bhakti Marga.

Prerequisites for registering for the Teacher Training:

– be an initiated devotee of Paramahamsa Vishwananda.
– hold a strong interest in Hindu philosophy and theology, with a specific focus on Vaiṣṇavism and the bhakti tradition as a whole.
– have a sincere wish to spread the teachings and mission of Paramahamsa Vishwananda.
– be prepared to teach, specifically the Bhagavad Gītā course and Devotee course, and support others in deepening their knowledge and understanding in those areas.
– have a collaborative mindset, being prone to working together with other teachers, devotees and followers in your country.

Training Syllabus for Knowledge Arm Teacher Candidates:

The preparation period leading you to the 1-week live teacher training will include group Zoom sessions every two weeks and the need for all approved candidates to read the following texts and study these modules on the Academy learning platform:

– Bhagavad Gītā – 10 ślokas study
– Devotee Course:

On the Bhakti ID:
– Simple Puja Course

TO READ:

– Hari Bhakta Sampradya Siddhanta (found within the Devotee course)
– NEW Hari Bhakta Sampradaya Siddhanta book (not published yet)
– Bhagavad Gita Essentials
– Understanding Hinduism Booklet
– Devotee Manual (found within the Devotee course)

At the completion of your four-month preparatory period, all candidates will undertake a test in order to determine one’s final qualification to attend the live training.

The training will be lead by Swami Revatikaanta and Swami Akash with support from Mayuran and other guests. The training will take place exclusively over Zoom.

Please note!
– You must participate in the 1-week teacher training personally, it is not enough to watch the recordings. It is possible to miss a maximum ONE day of the live training.

Therefore, please make sure that if you get accepted you plan ahead so that you have free time for the training.
