Right of Cancellation(Required)

I expressly request and at the same time agree that you commence the commissioned service before the end of the withdrawal period. I know that my right of withdrawal expires upon complete fulfilment of the contract.

I confirm that I am over 18 years old and financially able to enter into a legally binding contract.

Payment Consent(Required)

I understand that I must sign a contract to buy the artwork within 48 hours of the close of the sale. Then payment must be made within 14 calendar days. If I do not comply, I understand Bhakti Event GmbH may sell the painting to another buyer.

No Recording or Sharing Agreement(Required)

I hereby confirm that I will not take any photos, screenshots or videos of the "ART SALE" for any reason. I confirm I will not transcribe and share any of the content given in this event. I confirm I will not share any links, photos, videos, transcripts, documents, or posts from the event with anyone else or the purpose of public use or public publication on all common online platforms, such as YouTube, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, etc.

Voluntary Declaration of Consent to Photo and/or Film Recordings pictures/videos agreement

I agree that during the “ART SALE 2024 - ZOOM”, organised by Bhakti Event GmbH, that pictures and/or videos of me as a participant may be taken. This will make my sensitive data of religious or ideological conviction recognisable. Images will be taken and published by Bhakti Event GmbH Am Geißberg 4, 65321 Heidenrod Springen, Tel: 06124-605-9000, Email, dataprotection@bhaktimarga.org for the purpose of publishing and broadcast live on the Bhakti Marga website or in (print) publications of Bhakti Marga, on the Facebook page of Bhakti Marga, on the Instagram page of Bhakti Marga, on the Flickr of Bhakti Marga, on the YouTube channel of Bhakti Marga (content may be used and saved for this purpose). I know that I can refuse to grant consent or can withdrawal either of them at any time with future effect.
