What happens when you place an order?
When you click on the “Buy Now” button, we will send you an email confirming the order. Your purchase contract for an item comes into effect when we accept your order by sending you an email notifying you that the item has been dispatched to you. The German Civil Code grants you a right of cancellation within two weeks of receipt of the goods. You can print out the order data and the General Terms and Conditions and keep them for your records. You can also view the order data later via “My Account”. We always store the General Terms and Conditions only in the current version.
